Strength Laboratory Mission Statement
At Strength Laboratory we strive to help our athletes attain their goals both physically and mentally. We believe that the best path to improvement is not solely determined by the science of training, but also by an experienced coaching team as well as the culture of the people training together.
The philosophy at Strength Laboratory is heavily inspired by the United States NCAA
Division 1 training methods and concepts, which have given rise to countless top tier professional athletes in the US and overseas. All the training provided at Strength Laboratory is designed based on the specific needs, ability and goals of each individual and/ or group.
Based on scientific knowledge and personal experience, we believe the penultimate factor leading to success is for athletes to able to work in a culture of excellence. At Strength Laboratory, our focus is on challenging each other in a friendly and positive manner, similar to the atmosphere of a college weight room.
To witness the physical and mental transformations of the people who train with us is the sole yardstick by which we judge ours and Strength Laboratory’s success.
