Individual Goal Programme

The Individualised Training Programme at Strength Lab is a winning partnership of trust and cooperation between our coaches and athletes. This detail oriented, tailor-made approach helps our clients achieve their specific goals, and provides motivation for those who may require a little extra encouragement. Our clientele consists of both professional and amateur athletes,
as well as general sporting enthusiasts who wish to focus on weight loss, injury prevention and improving personal performance.


Before we begin an official training programme, all clients undergo a thorough assessment. Not only does this facilitate better communication between coach and athlete, but also a better understanding of their background and training goals in order to prepare the most effective, customised plan for each individual athlete. By taking into account injury history, current physical state, personal schedule and training goals, this approach produces more efficient results than a standard training method.


During the training process, coaches will guide and instruct athletes based on what best suits them. Through open and careful communication, coaches will closely monitor and consistently adjust workouts according to the athletes’ condition. Our strong emphasis on correct technique and precise mobility not only improves training efficiency, it also greatly reduces risk of injury whilst reinforcing proper sports and task-specific movements.

Group Training

There is a common misconception that group training is not challenging enough, but at Strength Lab, we strive to provide
​an all-encompassing, collaborative and motivational group training environment that is beneficial to everyone, regardless of their personal goals or sporting level. We believe that purposefully designed group training sessions can enable all participants to inspire, encourage and challenge each other, thereby producing the best overall results.
 

Despite the group setting, coaches continue to pay careful attention to each individual’s specific needs and goals. Throughout the workout, small but precise adjustments are regularly made to each athlete’s movements and training programme to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session in a safe yet competitive atmosphere. Group training sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to guarantee that coaches can devote sufficient time and attention to each person.
